Our technology team is committed to delivering prompt repairs and effective technical support to all staff and students.

Description of Services

The East Tallahatchie School District Technology Department provides comprehensive support for all district technology systems. Our services include:

Technology Department

  • Technical Support: Troubleshooting and repair of computers, printers, projectors, and other classroom or office equipment.

  • Network Management: Maintaining reliable internet access, Wi-Fi connectivity, and secure network operations across all campuses.

  • Software & Account Assistance: Installation, updates, and user support for district-approved applications and digital learning platforms.

  • Device Management: Setup and maintenance of student and staff devices, including Chromebooks, laptops, and tablets.

  • Security & Data Protection: Ensuring the safety of district systems through regular updates, monitoring, and adherence to data privacy policies.

  • Technology Integration: Assisting teachers and staff in effectively using technology to enhance instruction and productivity.

Our goal is to provide dependable, efficient service that supports teaching, learning, and daily operations throughout the district.
